Information We Collect
Depending on the services you use, we may collect contact information, business information, client and project records, invoice and payment information, accounting records, transaction data, communications, uploaded documents, technical information, and other information voluntarily provided to us.
Financial Accounts and Plaid
When an authorized user chooses to connect a financial account through CEO Command Center or another 360 BAM service, we may use Plaid Inc. to establish a secure connection with the financial institution.
360 BAM does not intentionally receive or store the user’s online-banking username or password. Authentication is handled through Plaid and, where applicable, the financial institution’s own authentication process.
With authorization, connected financial information may include account names and types, masked account identifiers, balances, transaction dates, amounts, merchant or transaction descriptions, categories, and transaction history.
Financial data obtained through an authorized connection is used for legitimate business purposes such as bookkeeping, reconciliation, cash-flow management, income and expense classification, invoicing, accounting, tax-preparation support, compliance, financial reporting, and related business-management functions.
How We Use Information
We may use information to provide requested and contracted services, operate our business-management systems, reconcile financial transactions, maintain accounting and tax records, manage invoices and expenses, communicate with clients, improve our systems, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, satisfy legal obligations, and protect our organization and users.
How We Share Information
360 BAM does not sell financial-account data. Information may be shared with service providers and technology partners only when reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate authorized systems, process transactions, maintain infrastructure, satisfy legal obligations, or protect against fraud and security threats.
Security of Financial Information
Financial integration credentials and API secrets are maintained server-side and are not intentionally exposed in public webpages or client-facing browser code.
Access to sensitive financial information is restricted to authorized users with a legitimate business need. Connected-bank access tokens used by CEO Command Center are maintained using encrypted protected storage.
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect confidential, client, business, and financial information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss.
Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and satisfy legitimate accounting, tax, contractual, audit, security, regulatory, and legal requirements.
When an authorized financial connection is disconnected, access to newly available financial information will be discontinued when technically available. Previously obtained records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal, audit, contractual, or compliance purposes.
Your Choices
Subject to applicable retention obligations, individuals may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained by 360 BAM.
Authorized users may also disconnect linked financial institutions through available account-management or financial-provider processes.
Cookies and Website Technology
Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, security, analytics, forms, preferences, and service improvement.
Third-Party Services
Our systems may integrate with third-party providers including Plaid, payment processors, hosting providers, email platforms, accounting systems, CRM platforms, and other business-technology providers. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Children’s Privacy
Our business-management services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those services.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, systems, security practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will remain available on this page.
